Bad Knees And Iron Deficiency Jointed Stirrups? Back, Hip, Knee Pain!?

Jointed stirrups? Back, hip, knee pain!? - bad knees and iron deficiency

I do not know what I do now. I compete in show jumping - and because of the injury and burnout to horseback riding, back, hips and knees only (to my left, are not so much) pain in context. This course has been - and did not have a recent fall or injury. Because I have a chiropractor and massage therapist (deep tissue - ouch) 3 times a week for almost a year I worked with 6 times per week, and my riding program - - My doctor told me to continue this and recommended yoga and swimming. My back and knees hurt so bad if I go, especially if the leap and work on two points - left hip hurts when I walk or run. I always end up before taking an average height of analgesics - especially in front of my riding lessons.

I have heard, found about his character puts it - but I'm curious to see if they could help? Or anything worse? I've always hated articulate regularly tops - and my coach, but I do not object to the use.

I'm just turned 18 and I'm healthy otherwise - but I knEBS, back and hips that I think I'm 75! Should I X-rays or tests under different conditions?
